CVE-2018-15716 is an authenticated remote command injection vulnerability in NUUO NVRMini2 version 3.9.1. The vulnerability exists in the upgrade_handle.php script, where the 'uploaddir' parameter is insufficiently sanitized. The original patch for CVE-2018-14933 only filtered semicolons, but logical operators such as '||' were not filtered, allowing attackers to inject and execute arbitrary OS commands as root via crafted requests.
