Centreon versions 18.x before 18.10.6, 19.x before 19.04.3, and Centreon web before 2.8.29 are vulnerable to command injection. The vulnerability arises from improper sanitization of user-supplied input in the 'init_script' parameter (specifically the 'Monitoring Engine Binary' value) in main.get.php, which is inserted into the database. Later, generateFiles.php retrieves this value and passes it directly to shell_exec, allowing arbitrary system command execution.
