In OpenEMR before 5.0.2, the custom/ajax_download.php script is vulnerable to arbitrary file download via the fileName parameter. An attacker can specify any file path, allowing download of any file readable by the www-data user. Additionally, if the targeted file is writable by www-data and the directory /var/www/openemr/sites/default/documents/cqm_qrda/ exists, the file will be deleted from the server.
