CVE-2019-20330 is an insecure deserialization vulnerability in FasterXML jackson-databind 2.x before 2.9.10.2. The library did not block certain net.sf.ehcache classes during polymorphic deserialization, allowing attacker-controlled serialized data to invoke an Ehcache gadget chain. When an application deserializes untrusted input using unsafe polymorphic type handling, the issue can permit arbitrary code execution.
