CVE-2020-5509 affects PHPGurukul Car Rental Project v1.0. The application allows an attacker to upload an executable file while updating or creating a profile image, indicating insufficient validation of uploaded file type and content in the profile image upload functionality. By submitting a server-executable file disguised as an image or otherwise accepted by the upload handler, a remote attacker can place malicious code on the server and then invoke it to achieve remote code execution.
