CVE-2021-1870 is a WebRTC port redirection vulnerability in Apple platforms. Apple described the issue as a logic flaw in WebRTC that was corrected through additional port validation and improved restrictions. On affected systems, a malicious website could abuse the vulnerable handling of network port restrictions to access restricted ports on arbitrary servers. The issue was fixed in macOS Big Sur 11.2, Security Update 2021-001 Catalina, Security Update 2021-001 Mojave, iOS 14.4, and iPadOS 14.4. Apple also stated that the vulnerability may have been actively exploited in the wild.
