CVE-2021-21607 is a resource-exhaustion vulnerability in Jenkins graph-rendering URLs. Jenkins 2.274 and earlier, and Jenkins LTS 2.263.1 and earlier, fail to impose limits on graph-size values supplied through query parameters. A low-privileged remote attacker can submit crafted graph-rendering requests that cause excessive memory allocation, exhausting memory available to the Jenkins controller and producing out-of-memory errors.
