CVE-2021-21610 is a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in Jenkins 2.274 and earlier and Jenkins LTS 2.263.1 and earlier. Jenkins did not restrict the URL used to render a formatted preview of markup supplied through a query parameter. When the configured markup formatter permits unsafe elements, attacker-controlled markup can execute script in the browser of a user who accesses a crafted preview request.
