CVE-2021-4028 is a use-after-free vulnerability in the Linux kernel RDMA Communications Manager listener implementation. A local attacker can create a socket listening on a high-numbered port and trigger use of a freed list element in the RDMA listener path. An attacker able to execute local code may use the flaw to crash the system or potentially elevate privileges.
