When data is rapidly sent to a pty master and the flush_to_ldisc workqueue processes the buffer in a tight loop on a non-preemptible kernel, the system can become unresponsive due to lack of rescheduling. The issue is triggered by concurrent data sending and buffer flushing on different cores, causing the workqueue to loop for extended periods without yielding.
