CVE-2022-1274 is an HTML injection vulnerability in Keycloak's execute-actions-email Admin REST API endpoint. A missing allowlist for email-notification templates permits attacker-controlled arbitrary HTML to be included in action emails sent to Keycloak users. The injected content can be used to create convincing phishing messages and may trigger client-side processing in the recipient's session context.
