CVE-2022-21500 is an easily exploitable information disclosure vulnerability in the Manage Proxies component of Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2. According to Oracle, the issue is reachable over HTTP and can be exploited by an attacker with network access to the Oracle E-Business Suite instance. Oracle states that authentication is required for successful exploitation, but the required account may be self-registered, which materially lowers the barrier to exploitation. Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1 is not affected. Successful exploitation can allow unauthorized access to sensitive application data exposed through the vulnerable Manage Proxies functionality.
