CVE-2022-23854 is a path traversal vulnerability affecting AVEVA InTouch Access Anywhere 2020 R2 and older. The flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access to the affected system to read files outside the intended directory restrictions of the secure gateway web server. By traversing directories beyond the web server's constrained file space, an attacker may access arbitrary files on the underlying system that should not be exposed through the application.
