CVE-2022-32148 is an improper client-IP exposure vulnerability in Go's net/http/httputil ReverseProxy implementation before Go 1.17.12 and Go 1.18.4. When httputil.ReverseProxy.ServeHTTP processes a Request whose Header map contains a nil value for X-Forwarded-For, the proxy incorrectly populates that header with the client IP address rather than omitting it as intended.
