CVE-2022-3594 is a logging-of-excessive-data vulnerability in the Linux kernel Realtek r8152 USB Ethernet driver. The flaw occurs in the driver's intr_callback function, which can emit rate-limit overflow messages excessively when processing affected interrupt activity. Systems using Realtek RTL8152 or RTL8153 USB Ethernet adapters with the r8152 module loaded may be affected. The issue was fixed upstream in Linux kernel 6.1-rc1.
