CVE-2022-36883 is a missing permission-check vulnerability in Jenkins Git Plugin 4.11.3 and earlier. An unauthenticated requester can invoke the Git webhook functionality to trigger builds for jobs configured to accept an attacker-specified Git repository and cause those jobs to check out an attacker-selected commit. The webhook response can also disclose which jobs were triggered or scheduled for polling, including jobs to which the requester lacks access.
