CVE-2022-47929 is a NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel traffic-control subsystem. The flaw is in qdisc_graft() in net/sched/sch_api.c, where failure handling does not validate a failed alloc_workqueue() return before subsequent use. A locally initiated crafted traffic-control queueing-discipline and class configuration can cause the kernel to dereference the NULL workqueue pointer.
