CVE-2023-1989 is a race-condition use-after-free vulnerability in the Linux kernel Generic Bluetooth SDIO driver. The flaw is in btsdio_remove() in drivers/bluetooth/btsdio.c: removing an SDIO Bluetooth device while an associated job remains unfinished can allow concurrent activity to access an already-freed Bluetooth hdev object. The issue was fixed upstream and is listed as fixed in Linux kernel 6.3-rc4.
