CVE-2023-38750 is a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability affecting Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) 8 before 8.8.15 Patch 41, 9 before 9.0.0 Patch 34, and 10 before 10.0.2. The flaw was described by Zimbra as allowing exposure of internal JSP and XML files, and reporting around the issue identified it as a reflected XSS vulnerability that was observed in targeted exploitation. Successful exploitation can cause malicious script to be reflected and executed in a victim’s browser in the context of the Zimbra web application, potentially enabling access to application content and other sensitive data available to the user session.
