CVE-2023-38950 is an unauthenticated path traversal vulnerability in the iclock API of ZKTeco BioTime v8.5.5. By supplying a crafted traversal payload to the vulnerable API, a remote attacker can bypass intended filesystem restrictions and read arbitrary files accessible to the application.
