CVE-2023-52469 is a use-after-free vulnerability in the Linux kernel AMD power-management driver. In the error path of kv_parse_power_table, when allocation of ps fails, the function frees adev->pm.dpm.ps. Subsequent initialization cleanup reaches kv_dpm_fini, which iterates over and dereferences the already-freed adev->pm.dpm.ps allocation. This creates a stale-pointer access during AMD DPM initialization failure handling.
