Codec entries allocated while reading a Bluetooth controller's supported codec capabilities are added to the device's local_codecs list but were not released during cleanup. The leak occurs through the codec discovery path, including hci_read_codec_capabilities() and hci_codec_list_add(), when a controller is opened and reports supported codecs.
