CVE-2023-52626 is an out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel's net/mlx5e driver, in the port-timestamping NAPI poll context. Incorrect operator precedence causes a pointer to be incremented before dereferencing, rather than incrementing the dereferenced value. This can make the driver dereference an unintended, out-of-bounds memory location.
