CVE-2023-53558 is an improper locking flaw in the Linux kernel RCU Tasks callback-list initialization path. The cblist_init_generic() function invoked pr_info() while holding the rtp->cbs_gbl_lock spinlock. Because pr_info() reaches printk(), whose console-output path can acquire further locks and may sleep, this can attempt to sleep or wait in atomic context and trigger an invalid-wait-context kernel BUG. The fix moves the logging call outside the spinlock-protected critical section.
