CVE-2024-13489 is an SQL injection vulnerability in the LTL Freight Quotes – Old Dominion Edition plugin for WordPress affecting all versions up to and including 4.2.10. The issue is caused by insufficient escaping of user-controlled input in the 'edit_id' and 'dropship_edit_id' parameters, combined with inadequate use of prepared statements in the corresponding SQL query logic. As a result, attacker-supplied input can be appended to existing database queries, enabling unauthorized SQL execution against the WordPress backend database.
