CVE-2024-22263 is a vulnerability in Spring Cloud Data Flow's Skipper server component, which allows a malicious user with access to the Skipper server API to upload a crafted package and write arbitrary files to any location on the server's filesystem. This is due to improper sanitization of the upload path parameter in the upload package request handler. The vulnerability can be exploited to overwrite critical files or place malicious files on the server, potentially leading to full server compromise.
