CVE-2024-27403 is a double-free flaw in the Linux kernel Netfilter nft_flow_offload flow-setup error path. During flow setup, ownership of the route object's destination (dst) reference is transferred to the flow object. The route object retained its dst pointer; if flow_offload_add() subsequently failed, the error path released the dst reference a second time. The fix clears the route object's dst field after the ownership transfer, preventing the duplicate release and resulting reference-count underflow.
