An open redirect vulnerability exists in IBM Security Verify Access OIDC Provider versions 10.0.0 through 10.0.8. A remote authenticated attacker can exploit this by crafting a malicious URL that, when visited by a victim, redirects the victim to an attacker-controlled site. The vulnerability arises from insufficient validation of user-supplied input in redirect parameters, allowing attackers to manipulate the destination of redirects.
