A vulnerability in OneDev versions prior to 11.0.9 allows unauthenticated users to read arbitrary files accessible by the OneDev server process. The flaw enables attackers to access sensitive files on the server without authentication, potentially exposing confidential information.

This repository contains a single Metasploit auxiliary module that exploits CVE-2024-45309, an unauthenticated arbitrary file read vulnerability in OneDev versions <= 11.0.8. The module allows an attacker to read arbitrary files from the server's filesystem by exploiting a path traversal flaw in the OneDev web interface. The attacker must supply a valid project name, which can be brute-forced using a wordlist if anonymous access is not enabled. The module provides options to specify the target URI, the file to read, whether to store the file as loot, and the project name or a file containing project names. The exploit works by sending crafted HTTP GET requests to the vulnerable endpoint, leveraging encoded path traversal sequences to access files outside the intended directory. The code is operational and can be used to retrieve sensitive files from affected OneDev servers.
