CVE-2025-13559 is a privilege escalation vulnerability in the EduKart Pro plugin for WordPress affecting all versions up to and including 1.0.3. The issue is caused by the front-end registration handler, 'edukart_pro_register_user_front_end', failing to restrict or validate which user role can be assigned during user registration. As a result, an unauthenticated attacker can submit a registration request that specifies a privileged role such as 'administrator', causing the application to create an account with administrative privileges. This is an improper privilege management flaw in the plugin’s user registration logic.
