CVE-2025-13932 is a Broken Access Control vulnerability in the SolisCloud Monitoring Platform Cloud API and Device Control API (API v1 and v2). The issue is an Insecure Direct Object Reference (IDOR) in which the API uses a user-controllable plant_id parameter to retrieve plant details without properly validating that the authenticated requester is authorized to access the referenced plant. As a result, an authenticated user can modify the plant_id value in API requests and obtain detailed data for arbitrary plants outside their authorization scope.
