CVE-2025-20125 is a critical authorization flaw in the API of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE). The issue is caused by a lack of authorization checks on specific API endpoints combined with improper validation of user-supplied data. An authenticated remote attacker with valid read-only administrative credentials can send crafted HTTP requests to the vulnerable API to perform actions beyond the privileges normally granted to that account. Successful exploitation can expose sensitive information, permit unauthorized modification of node configuration, and trigger a node restart or reload.

This repository contains a Python exploit tool ('Exploit.py') targeting two Cisco ISE vulnerabilities: CVE-2025-20124 (Java deserialization RCE) and CVE-2025-20125 (authorization bypass for configuration/reboot). The tool requires a valid ISE administrator session token (even read-only) and interacts with the Cisco ISE API endpoints over HTTPS. For CVE-2025-20124, it crafts a base64-encoded Java serialized payload to execute arbitrary commands via the '/api/v1/admin/deserializer' endpoint. For CVE-2025-20125, it sends a POST request to '/api/v1/admin/reload' to trigger configuration reloads or changes without proper authorization. The exploit is a proof-of-concept and does not include a real Java gadget chain, but demonstrates the attack flow. The repository consists of the main exploit script and a README with usage instructions and notes about required authentication and references to Cisco advisories.
