CVE-2025-2594 is an authentication bypass vulnerability in the User Registration & Membership WordPress plugin before version 4.1.3. When the Membership Addon is enabled, the plugin does not properly validate data supplied to an AJAX action. As a result, an attacker can submit a request containing a target user's ID and be authenticated as that user without proving possession of valid credentials. The issue is especially severe because it can be used to impersonate arbitrary accounts, including administrator accounts.
