CVE-2025-28009 is a SQL injection vulnerability in Dietiqa App v1.0.20. The issue exists in the u parameter handled by the progress-body-weight.php endpoint. Insufficient neutralization of attacker-controlled input before it is incorporated into SQL queries allows crafted input supplied via u to alter the intended database query structure. Based on the available information, the vulnerable component is the server-side processing of the u parameter within progress-body-weight.php.

If you can’t patch tonight, do this now.
u parameter of progress-body-weight.php. Implement server-side allowlisting and strict validation for expected u values, increase logging and monitoring for anomalous requests to the endpoint, and reduce database account privileges to minimize the effect of exploitation.Patch, then assume compromise.
progress-body-weight.php, eliminate dynamic SQL construction using the u parameter and replace it with parameterized queries or prepared statements. Apply strict server-side input validation and type enforcement for u, and ensure database accounts used by the application operate with least privilege to limit post-exploitation impact. Review similar request parameters across the application for the same flaw pattern. No valid public exploits. Mallory filtered out 1 candidate as fakes, detection scripts, or README-only repos.
