CVE-2025-3054 affects the WP User Frontend Pro plugin for WordPress. In all versions up to and including 4.1.3, the upload_files() function does not properly validate uploaded file types, resulting in an arbitrary file upload vulnerability. An authenticated attacker with Subscriber-level privileges or higher can abuse this weakness to upload arbitrary files to the server. According to the available information, exploitation requires the Private Message module to be enabled and the Business version of the Pro software to be in use. Because arbitrary server-side file upload can permit placement of executable code, successful exploitation may lead to remote code execution on the affected site.
