CVE-2025-32013 is a server-side request forgery vulnerability in LNbits, a Lightning wallet and accounts system. The issue exists in LNURL authentication handling: when LNbits processes an LNURL-auth request, it accepts a callback URL parameter and performs an outbound HTTP request to that URL using the httpx library with redirect following enabled. Because the callback URL is not properly validated or restricted, an attacker can supply arbitrary URLs, including internal network addresses, causing the LNbits server to issue requests to attacker-chosen destinations. The redirect-following behavior can further expand reachable targets if the initial URL redirects to internal or otherwise restricted resources.
