CVE-2025-37803 is an integer-overflow vulnerability in the Linux kernel udmabuf driver's udmabuf_create() function. The page-limit calculation derives pglimit from size_limit_mb using 32-bit arithmetic before shifting, allowing the result to wrap and bypass intended DMA-buffer size enforcement. A local user with access to the udmabuf device may consequently request unexpectedly large allocations, potentially causing denial of service through memory pressure or allocation failures.
