CVE-2025-37994 is a NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel USB Type-C UCSI DisplayPort driver. A race can occur when a USB Type-C partner is removed while work items remain pending in the DisplayPort workqueue. Those tasks may access partner state after removal has progressed, resulting in a NULL pointer access. The upstream fix synchronizes pending DisplayPort work before partner removal continues.
