CVE-2025-38024 is a slab use-after-free read in the Linux kernel's software RDMA over Ethernet (RXE) subsystem. When completion-queue creation fails during initialization, rxe_create_cq invokes cleanup after rxe_cq_from_init has already freed some allocated resources. The overlapping cleanup paths cause rxe_queue_cleanup to access freed memory. The correction centralizes resource cleanup in rxe_cleanup so resources are released only once.
