CVE-2025-41088 is a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability affecting Xibo Signage Xibo CMS v4.1.2 and, per advisory context, Xibo CMS versions prior to 4.2.2. The issue is caused by insufficient validation or sanitization of user-supplied input in CMS template content. Exploitation requires an authenticated attacker to create a template in the Templates section, add a text element in the Global Elements section, and then place a malicious script payload into the Text field. Because the payload is stored by the application and later rendered to other users, arbitrary JavaScript can execute in the browser context of users viewing the affected content.
