CVE-2025-41243 is an environment-property modification vulnerability in Spring Cloud Gateway Server WebFlux. An attacker who can access an enabled, unsecured Gateway actuator endpoint can modify Spring Environment properties. The issue does not apply to Spring Cloud Gateway Server WebMVC. Exploitation requires Spring Boot Actuator to be present, explicit exposure of the gateway endpoint, attacker network access to actuator endpoints, and the absence of endpoint security.
