CVE-2025-4578 is a SQL injection vulnerability in the File Provider WordPress plugin affecting versions through 1.2.3. The plugin does not properly sanitize and escape a user-controlled parameter before incorporating it into an SQL statement in an AJAX action that is accessible to unauthenticated users. This allows attacker-supplied input to alter the intended database query structure. Based on the available information, the flaw is reachable remotely without authentication via the exposed AJAX functionality.
