CVE-2025-46041 is a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in Anchor CMS v0.12.7. The issue is present in the page creation interface at /admin/pages/add, where insufficient neutralization of user-supplied input in the page description field allows an attacker to store malicious JavaScript. When the crafted page description is later rendered in an administrative or other user-facing context without proper output encoding or sanitization, the injected script executes in the victim's browser.
