CVE-2025-46099 is a vulnerability in Pluck CMS 4.7.20-dev that allows an authenticated attacker to upload or create a crafted PHP file within the albums module directory. The albums.site.php module's routing logic can be abused to access and execute the malicious file, enabling arbitrary command execution via a GET parameter. The flaw is due to insufficient validation and access controls in the albums module's file handling and routing logic.
