This repository provides a proof-of-concept (PoC) exploit for CVE-2025-55287, a stored authenticated XSS vulnerability in the Genealogy app prior to version 4.4.0. The exploit consists of a README.md with detailed exploitation steps and a JavaScript payload (poc.js). The attack requires an authenticated user (Editor or higher) to create a person record with a malicious script tag in the name fields. When an Administrator deletes this record, the script executes in their browser, leveraging the application's Livewire API to add the attacker's email as an Administrator. The JavaScript payload programmatically fetches the necessary CSRF token and component snapshot, then sends a POST request to escalate privileges. The repository is structured simply, with clear instructions and a single exploit script, and targets the web interface of the Genealogy app.
