LinkAce versions prior to 2.3.1 contain a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the system audit-log page. The application does not properly sanitize the username field before rendering it in audit-log entries. An authenticated attacker can assign JavaScript to their username and cause it to be persisted when an action, such as generating or revoking an API token, is logged. The stored script executes when another user, including an administrator, views the audit-log page.
