CVE-2025-59775 is a server-side request forgery vulnerability in Apache HTTP Server affecting Windows deployments of Apache HTTP Server 2.4.0 through 2.4.65. The issue occurs only under an uncommon non-default configuration where AllowEncodedSlashes is enabled and MergeSlashes is disabled. Under those conditions, malicious requests or attacker-controlled content can trigger SSRF behavior involving Windows UNC path handling, causing the server to initiate outbound authentication to an attacker-controlled host and potentially disclose NTLM hashes. Apache HTTP Server 2.4.66 fixes the issue.
