CVE-2025-64126 is a critical OS command injection vulnerability affecting Zenitel TCIV-3+ devices. The flaw is caused by improper input validation in functionality that accepts a user-supplied parameter expected to be an IP address. The application does not adequately verify that the supplied value is a valid IP address and does not neutralize shell metacharacters or other malicious input before passing the value into an operating system command context. As a result, an unauthenticated remote attacker can inject arbitrary commands. Affected versions are TCIV-3+ firmware prior to 9.3.3.0.
