CVE-2025-64130 is a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in Zenitel TCIV-3+ devices. The flaw affects TCIV-3+ firmware versions prior to 9.3.3.0 and allows attacker-controlled input to be reflected into web content without proper neutralization, enabling execution of arbitrary JavaScript in a victim's browser. The issue is remotely reachable and has been described as exploitable without authentication. In an operational environment, successful exploitation would typically occur when a crafted request is processed by the device's web interface and the resulting response causes script execution in the browser context associated with the device.
