CVE-2025-66211 is an authenticated OS command injection vulnerability in Coolify's PostgreSQL Init Script Filename handling. In versions earlier than 4.0.0-beta.451, PostgreSQL initialization-script filenames can be passed to shell commands without sufficient validation. An authenticated user with application or service management permissions can inject shell commands and execute them as root on managed servers, resulting in remote code execution.
